US Supreme Court Orders Return of Migrant Wrongly Deported to El Salvador
Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old man, was deported to El Salvador on one of the mid-March flights that carried more than 200 Venezuelans to a Salvadoran maximum-security prison. His deportation was due to an administrative error, as he was not a suspected member of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
A US Supreme Court ordered the government to facilitate the return of Garcia, who was living in Maryland.
