Israeli strikes on Syria kill dozens, security sources say

There have been conflicting reports of violence in the region between Israel and Syria, as well as between Israel and Lebanon's militant group Hezbollah. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Israeli airstrikes on Aleppo killed at least 36 people, including members of Hezbollah. The strikes reportedly targeted areas near Hezbollah's rocket storage facilities. In response, Hezbollah fired rockets with heavy warheads at towns in northern Israel, but there were no reports of Israeli casualties. Concerns have been raised that the ongoing clashes along the border between Israel and Lebanon could escalate into a full-scale war.
