Israeli Army Says Lebanon Strike Kills Hezbollah Rocket Unit Commander

There have been conflicting reports regarding the death of Ali Abed Akhsan Naim, who is identified as the deputy commander of Hezbollah's rocket and missiles unit. According to the Israeli Defense Force, they assassinated Naim in an airstrike in the area of Bazouriye in Lebanon. In contrast, Lebanon's state-run NNA reported that a raid by an enemy drone targeted a car, but did not confirm the identity of the person killed. Naim was described as a key figure in launching heavy-warhead rockets for Hezbollah, and the group has recently used Russian anti-tank Kornet missiles and Burkan rockets in attacks on northern Israeli towns.
