The Syrian Negotiation Commission (SNC) is a political body that represents the broadest spectrum of Syrian revolution and opposition forces, and is led by Bader Jamous. The SNC was formed in December 2015 at the Riyadh I Conference in Saudi Arabia, and was officially recognized by the United Nations as the sole representative of the Syrian opposition in December 2015. The SNC has taken part in several UN-sponsored negotiations, including Geneva III and Geneva IV, and has also sent a delegation to Astana I negotiations.
