Tu-160

The Tupolev Tu-160 is a supersonic, variable-sweep wing nuclear-capable heavy strategic bomber designed by the Tupolev Design Bureau in the Soviet Union in the 1970s. The aircraft was built to serve as a conventional and nuclear-capable strike aircraft and entered service in 1987. Production was stopped in 1992 after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, but the Russian Aerospace Forces continue to operate the aircraft, with 17 Tu-160s still in service as of 2022, and have undergone several upgrades since the early 2000s.learn more on wikipedia
