Tokyo-Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport, also known as Tokyo-Haneda, is a major international airport serving the Greater Tokyo Area and is located in Ōta, Tokyo. It is the primary domestic base for Japan Airlines, All Nippon Airways, and other airlines. The airport covers 1,522 hectares of land and has a history dating back to 1931 when it was initially built as a small airfield on a piece of reclaimed land. After World War II, the airport was rebuilt and expanded, with the current Terminal 3 and fourth runway opening in 2010, allowing long-haul flights to operate at night. Since 2014, Haneda has offered nonstop service to 25 cities in 17 countries and is considered the "Hub of Japan", providing connections between intercontinental flights and domestic flights.learn more on wikipedia
