Superman
Superman is a superhero created by writer Jerry Siegel and artist Joe Shuster, who debuted in the comic book Action Comics #1 in 1938. Born as Kal-El on the planet Krypton, Superman was sent to Earth as a baby and adopted by Jonathan and Martha Kent, who raised him as Clark Kent. Clark developed superhuman abilities, including incredible strength and impervious skin, and decided to fight crime as a vigilante, adopting the alias "Superman" to protect his personal life. He resides in Metropolis and works as a journalist for the Daily Planet, and his supporting characters include Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and Perry White. Superman is the archetypal superhero, popularizing the genre and establishing its conventions, and was the best-selling superhero in American comic books up until the 1980s.learn more on wikipedia
