Sukhoi-30
The Sukhoi Su-30 is a twin-engine, two-seat supermaneuverable fighter aircraft developed in the Soviet Union by Russia's Sukhoi Aviation Corporation. It is a multirole fighter for all-weather, air-to-air interdiction missions with a range of capabilities including air supremacy and attack capabilities, similar to the US F-15E Strike Eagle. The Su-30 was developed from the Su-27UB trainer, with the first prototype flying in 1987 and the first production model in 1992. The aircraft has a two-seat cockpit, an airbrake behind the canopy, and a digital fly-by-wire system, allowing it to perform advanced maneuvers such as the Pugachev's Cobra and the tailslide. The Su-30 is produced by two competing organizations, KnAAPO and the Irkut Corporation, with different variants such as the Su-30MKK and the Su-30MKI being manufactured for export. As of 2024, the Russian Aerospace Forces reported to have 130 Su-30SMs in operation.learn more on wikipedia
