Silver Cloud

The Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud is a luxury automobile produced from 1955 to 1966. It replaced the Silver Dawn and was in turn replaced by the Silver Shadow. The car features a body-on-frame construction, with a steel body shell and aluminum alloy doors, bonnet, and boot lid. It has a 4.9 L six-cylinder engine producing 155 hp and a four-speed automatic transmission. The Silver Cloud was available in various configurations, including a long-wheelbase version, and was offered with optional power steering and air conditioning. A Silver Cloud II model was introduced in 1959, featuring a new 6.2 L V8 engine and improved performance.
