Hubert Bonisseur de La Bath, codenamed OSS 117, is a fictional secret agent created by French writer Jean Bruce. He is described as an American Colonel from Louisiana of French descent, who worked for the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and National Security Council (NSC). The character was reimagined as a French secret agent in the 2006 revival of the series.
