National Dr Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall

The National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is a memorial located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan, dedicated to the country's National Father, Dr. Sun Yat-sen. The building covers an area of 29,464 square meters and contains exhibitions on Sun's life and the revolution he led, as well as a multi-purpose social, educational, and cultural center. The hall features a statue of Sun Yat-sen, a changing of the guards ceremony, a performance hall, an exhibition center, and a library with over 300,000 books. The building is situated in Chung-shan Park and includes gardens, historical walls, and an exhibition area surrounding Lake Cui.
