Mayon Volcano

Mayon is an active stratovolcano in the province of Albay in Bicol, Philippines, known for its "perfect cone" and sacred status in Philippine mythology. It is the most active volcano in the Philippines, with over 52 eruptions in the past 500 years, and is regularly monitored by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.
