Little Saint James Island
Little Saint James is a 70-78 acre private island in the US Virgin Islands, southeast of Saint Thomas, owned by American financier Jeffrey Epstein from 1998 until his death in 2019. The island was valued at $63,874,223 in 2019 and was Epstein's primary residence, where he had 70 staff members and insisted on discretion and confidentiality. The island was listed for sale in 2022 for $125 million and was acquired by billionaire Stephen Deckoff in 2023 for $60 million. The island features a main house, guest cottages, a caretaker's cottage, a helipad, and a dock, as well as a mysterious blue-striped building with a golden dome. Notable visitors to the island include magician David Copperfield, Victoria's Secret models, billionaire Les Wexner, and Prince Andrew, Duke of York.learn more on wikipedia
