Konstantinovsky Palace
The Constantine Palace, also known as the Great Strelna Palace, is a Russian imperial palace located in Strelna, St. Petersburg, that began construction in 1720 and was completed in the early 18th century. The palace was originally designed by Sebastiano Cipriani but was later continued by Jean-Baptiste Le Blond and Nicola Michetti. Due to technical issues, the construction of the fountains was abandoned. The palace was later redesigned by Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli, Andrey Voronikhin, and Christian Meyer, with additions and renovations made over the years. The palace was passed down to Paul I and later to Konstantin Pavlovich, and remained in the possession of the Russian imperial family until the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917.learn more on wikipedia
