Indian Point

The Indian Point Energy Center was a nuclear power station located on the Hudson River in New York that permanently ceased power operations on April 30, 2021. The station, which was owned by Holtec International, consisted of three permanently deactivated reactors, Indian Point Units 1, 2, and 3, with Units 2 and 3 being Westinghouse pressurized water reactors that generated about 25% of New York City's electrical power.
