Daedalus Reef

Daedalus Reef is a 400-meter-long reef in the Egyptian Red Sea, approximately 90 kilometers from Marsa Alam. It has a small artificial island with a 1863-built lighthouse, rebuilt in 1931, which remains an active navigational aid with a distinctive flashing pattern.
