Chang'e-4

Chang'e 4 is a robotic spacecraft mission in the Chinese Lunar Exploration Program that made a soft landing on the far side of the Moon on January 3, 2019, becoming the first spacecraft to do so. The mission is a follow-up to Chang'e 3 and includes a rover called Yutu-2, which was deployed 12 hours after landing, and a biological experiment that successfully sprouted seeds on the Moon's surface.
