Boogie Nights
The 1997 film Boogie Nights was written, directed, and co-produced by Paul Thomas Anderson and follows the rise and fall of a young nightclub dishwasher named Eddie Adams, who becomes a popular star of pornographic films in the 1970s and 1980s. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Julianne Moore, Burt Reynolds, and Heather Graham, and was nominated for three Academy Awards, including Best Original Screenplay and Best Supporting Actress for Moore. The film's soundtrack also received acclaim and is considered one of Anderson's best works and one of the best films of all time. The story follows Eddie's transformation into the character "Dirk Diggler," a charismatic and successful adult film star, but also explores his struggles with addiction, relationships, and the excesses of the adult film industry.learn more on wikipedia
