Assassination of JFK

John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, was assassinated on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, while riding in a presidential motorcade. He was shot from the Texas School Book Depository by Lee Harvey Oswald, who was later shot and killed by nightclub operator Jack Ruby. The Warren Commission concluded that Oswald acted alone in the assassination, but subsequent investigations and the US House Select Committee on Assassinations concluded that there was a conspiracy.
