Angerman River

The Ångerman is a 460 kilometer long river in Sweden with the third largest flow rate after the Göta and Lule rivers. Its name is derived from the Old Norse word "anger" meaning "deep fjord" and it flows through the provinces of Lapland, Jämtland, and Ångermanland. The river has three main tributaries, the Vojmån, Fjällsjö, and Fax, and flows through a scenic valley before emptying into the Gulf of Bothnia.
