White House Requests NASA to Establish Lunar Time Standard

NASA is planning to establish a sustained human presence on the moon as part of its Artemis exploration program. In preparation for this, the White House has instructed NASA and other federal authorities to work together on creating Coordinated Lunar Time (LTC) to help coordinate activities on the lunar surface.
