Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Arrives in US to Discuss War Strategy with Biden and Congressional Leaders

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in the United States for a crucial visit to present Kyiv's plan to end the two-and-a-half-year war with Russia. The visit comes after a summer of intense fighting, with Moscow advancing in eastern Ukraine. Zelenskyy will present his "victory plan" to US President Joe Biden, as well as to presidential hopefuls Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. The Ukrainian president's visit coincides with efforts from the White House to prepare a new $375m military aid package for Ukraine. Zelenskyy has stated that this fall will determine the future of the war, and he is expected to present his blueprint to defeat Russia to President Biden and other allies.
