Ukraine's human rights envoy calls for response to alleged killings of captured troops in Kursk region

Ukraine's human rights ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets, has raised concerns about the alleged execution of several Ukrainian prisoners of war in Russia's Kursk region. This comes after reports from Ukrainian battlefield analysis site DeepState. Lubinets urged international organizations to respond to the claim, stating that the international community should not turn a blind eye to the alleged executions. Ukrainian Prosecutor-General Andriy Kostin also opened a criminal investigation into the matter.
