Ukraine's Zelenskiy rules out ceasefire with Russia, says Moscow would use it to rearm

Ukraine has conducted no talks with war-weary backers searching for a peace deal, Zelensky says. He says "some countries and certain interest groups" are trying to push Kyiv into an armistice with Russia. The Ukrainian leader put on a grim-faced show of defiance during a two-day tour of the Baltic states.
