Ukraine Parliament Passes Bill Allowing Prisoners to Join Military Amid Mobilization Overhaul

The Ukrainian parliament has voted to amend the country's criminal code, allowing for early release of prisoners who have no more than three years left on their original sentences. However, this new law will not apply to individuals who have committed premeditated murders, rape, or pedophilia.
