US voters back abortion access in seven states

Seven states had measures to protect abortion access on the ballot on Tuesday, with a majority of them resulting in victories for abortion rights advocates. In New York, Colorado, and Maryland, amendments were passed to maintain current abortion access, while in Arizona, an amendment is expected to overturn the state's ban on abortions 15 weeks into pregnancy.
