US Partially Lifts Ban on Ukraine Using US Arms in Strikes on Russian Territory

According to German government spokespersons, Ukraine is authorized to use weapons supplied by Germany, including those delivered for the purpose of defending Kharkiv, a city that has been targeted by Russian ballistic missiles.
