UN-backed human rights experts decry new evidence of torture of Ukrainian POWs by Russia

According to multiple reports from U.N.-backed human rights experts, there is new evidence of "horrific" torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war by their Russian jailers. The Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine stated that human rights violations have been widespread and this new evidence strengthens their previous findings.
