Iran Nuclear Deal
UN Nuclear Watchdog Censures Iran Over Non-Cooperation with Inspectors
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has passed a resolution calling on Iran to cooperate with its nuclear program inspections, amid concerns that Tehran is trying to develop a nuclear weapon. The resolution was approved by 20 countries, while China and Russia voted against it. The IAEA's decision comes after Iran refused to grant inspectors access to its uranium enrichment program, which is now estimated to be just days or weeks away from producing bomb-grade fuel for roughly three nuclear weapons.
