Twenty-one migrants are dead after a boat capsized off the coast of Djibouti

A boat capsized off the coast of Djibouti, resulting in a fatal maritime accident. According to the UN's migration agency, the vessel was carrying 77 people and 21 migrants died, with 23 others reported missing. The International Organization for Migration's chief of mission in Djibouti confirmed that 21 bodies have been recovered. This incident marks the second fatal maritime accident in two weeks off the coast of Djibouti, following another vessel carrying mainly Ethiopian migrants that sank on April 8.
