Turkish Jets Hit Kurdish Militant Targets in Iraq and Syria After Attack on Defense Company

Turkey's military launched airstrikes on sites in Iraq and Syria linked to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), a group considered a "terrorist" organization by Turkey, the US, and the EU. The strikes targeted 32 sites, with the Ministry of National Defense stating that "all kinds of precautions" were taken to prevent harm to civilians. The PKK has been fighting a 40-year-long rebellion against Turkey, and the group has not claimed responsibility for the attack on TUSAS. The interior minister stated that two of the injured individuals are in critical condition.
