Donald Trump NYC Fraud Inquiry
Trump defies judge, gives speech in court on final day of New York fraud trial
Donald Trump returned to Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday for the final day of his fraud trial. A judge has already found that Trump family members and executives fraudulently inflated assets to secure favorable loans. But the trial will determine damages. New York Attorney General Letitia James is asking the judge for a $370 million (£290 million) penalty.
