Three dead after hydroelectric plant explosion in Italy

An explosion occurred at Enel's hydroelectric plant in Bargi, northern Italy. The exact cause of the explosion is unclear, but it is reported to have happened between 30-60 meters (100-200 feet) below the water level. The blast collapsed subterranean floors and caused flooding. At least three workers were killed and at least five others were injured. Divers were aiding in the search and rescue efforts, which were expected to continue through the night.
