TV Star and General Hospital Actor Fatally Shot During Attempted Car Theft in Los Angeles

Actor Johnny Wactor, best known for his role on General Hospital, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in downtown Los Angeles. According to reports, Wactor, 37, interrupted three masked robbers who were attempting to steal the catalytic converter from his parked vehicle. The thieves opened fire, and Wactor succumbed to his wounds. His mother described the scene as chaotic, stating that the car looked like it had been jacked to one side when they arrived at the scene.
