Supreme Court allows federal agents to cut razor wire Texas installed on US-Mexico border
The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to temporarily allow U.S. Border Patrol agents to cut or remove barbed-wire fencing that Texas officials have erected along part of the Republican-led state's border with Mexico. The justices granted a request by President Joe Biden's administration to put on hold a lower court ruling that temporarily blocked federal agents from disturbing the fencing while litigation over the issue proceeds.
