South Korean police summon Japanese woman for kissing BTS member without consent

A Japanese woman has been summoned for questioning by South Korean police over an incident involving K-pop star Jin, a member of the popular group BTS. According to reports, the woman allegedly kissed Jin without his consent at a public event in Seoul in June of last year. The incident was captured on video and went viral.
