Rwanda's President Kagame Wins Landslide Election

His opponents, Frank Habineza and Philippe Mpayimana, have garnered less than 1% of the votes combined. The full provisional results are expected to be released by July 20th, with final results due by July 27th. Notably, Kagame's vote share has increased from his previous election in 2017, where he won 98.79%.
