Russian parliament considers plan to seize assets of dissidents

A draft law on the criminal code was registered in the Russian State Duma on Monday. It aims to allow the government to confiscate money and property used or intended to finance illegal activities. The government has made little secret of the fact that it is targeting anti-war Russians with the new laws.
