Evan Gershkovich Detained in Russia
Russian court extends pre-trial detention of Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich
Evan Gershkovich will remain in prison until at least November 30. The Wall Street Journal reporter was initially arrested on spurious espionage charges in March. The White House has called the charges "ridiculous" and President Biden has said he was wrongfully detained.
