Russia's Military Push into Eastern Ukraine Intensifies, Kharkiv City Hit by Deadly Strikes

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is seeking to alleviate concerns from Western partners that weapons provided by them could inadvertently target Russian sovereign territory, as a result of the new Russian offensive on Kharkiv. The situation has accelerated his diplomatic efforts to move the "red lines" imposed on Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukrainian soldiers have reportedly taken control of combat operations in the region, following a Russian incursion into northern parts of the Kharkiv region.
Recent developments in Ukraine's conflict have seen Russian troops take advantage of a weakened front line, advancing towards Kharkiv over the past two weeks. The attacks resulted in the deaths of at least seven civilians, including five women, who were working for Factor-Druk printing company. Sixteen people were injured at the printing house, and another seven elsewhere.
