Russia-Ukraine War
Russia, Ukraine swap at least 400 prisoners of war
Russia and Ukraine have exchanged hundreds of prisoners of war in the first prisoner swap since last week's crash. The Russian Defense Ministry said each side received 195 soldiers back on Wednesday. Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, said 207 Ukrainian soldiers and civilians were returned. Kyiv has questioned Moscow's claim that Ukrainian POWs were on the plane that was shot down last week.
