Russia vows continued testing of nuke-capable missile after Ukraine strike

Russian President Vladimir Putin has made several statements regarding the development and testing of an experimental hypersonic missile, dubbed the Oreshnik. According to Putin, Russia will continue to test the missile in combat and has already begun serial production.
