Moscow Concert Hall Shooting
Russia says Islamic State behind deadly Moscow concert hall attack
The Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for the March 22 attack on a concert hall in Moscow, which killed over 140 people. Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) chief Alexander Bortnikov stated that the preparations, financing, and retreat of the terrorists were coordinated via the internet. However, he did not rule out the possibility of Ukrainian involvement, accusing Ukraine's military intelligence of direct involvement in the attack.
The FSB arrested over 20 people in connection with the attack, but it is unclear if any of them have been linked to Ukraine or the West.
