Russia reports two deaths from Ukrainian shelling, alleged border incursion thwarted

Multiple reports indicate that Ukrainian shelling in the Belgorod region of Russia resulted in the deaths of two people, according to Russian officials. Additionally, Russia claims to have prevented saboteurs from crossing the border into their territory on multiple occasions. The Russian presidential election is currently underway for a second day. Elsewhere in Ukraine, three children were reportedly killed due to shelling in eastern regions.
