Russia Expels British Diplomat Over Alleged Espionage

The diplomat, who was part of the UK embassy in Moscow, was allegedly carrying out "intelligence and subversive work." Russia has ordered the diplomat to leave the country within two weeks, and their diplomatic accreditation has been revoked. The UK's Foreign Office has responded by stating that this is not the first time Russia has made "malicious and baseless accusations" against their staff. The diplomat in question was a replacement for one of six UK diplomats who were expelled from Russia in August.
