Russia Accused of Interfering with GPS Systems in Baltic Sea Region

Finnair, Finland's national carrier, has announced that it will no longer land its aircraft at Tartu airport in Estonia due to concerns over GPS signal interference. The Estonian government has accused Russia of being behind the surge in incidents linked to GPS signal interference, with the country's foreign minister stating that the actions were "completely deliberate". Finlandair flights from Helsinki to Tartu were halted for a month, between April 29 and May 31, due to the potential catastrophic effects of the GPS interference on aircraft approach and landing.
