Rudy Giuliani Pleads Not Guilty to Charges in Arizona Election Interference Case

Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor and lawyer for Donald Trump, has been served an indictment as he left his 80th birthday party last Friday. He is one of 12 defendants accused of spreading false claims of election fraud in Arizona after the 2020 presidential election. The indictment alleges that Giuliani, along with nine others, including former Arizona Republican Party chair Kelli Ward, conspired to overturn Trump's loss to Joe Biden. Giuliani and Ward have both pleaded not guilty to the charges, which include felony counts related to conspiracy, forgery, and fraud.
