The Sherman brothers, Richard and Robert, were staff composers at Disney from 1960 to 1973. During their tenure, they wrote over 200 songs for 27 films and two dozen television productions. They are credited with writing more songs for blockbuster films than any other team in Hollywood history. Their work was highly regarded by Walt Disney himself, who personally recruited them as full-time songwriters.
