Racially motivated gunman kills three black people in Florida

The shooter, Ryan Christopher Palmeter, lived with his parents in a suburb of Jacksonville. He bought his guns legally and had no criminal history, local law enforcement says. Palmeter had authored several manifestos, for his parents, the media and federal agents.
