Putin's anti-war rival Nadezhda blocked from running in Russia's presidential election

Russia bars anti-war candidate from challenging Putin in March election. Election officials claim that more than 15% of the signatures he submitted with his candidacy application were fraudulent. He tried to appeal, but the commission rejected his bid.
